Rent
$185
All tenants will be subject to a $100 intake fee upon move in date in addition to one weeks rent ($285)
Rent will be paid weekly and collected every Friday in the amount of $185.
‘Rules & blackout’ per case basis.
Amenities
NFL Sunday ticket, NBA League Pass, UFC Fights, NHL Power Play, MLB TV & ESPN +
Gym Equipment and basic food essentials provided.
In house Barber once a month, paid by owner. Tipping is suggested but not mandatory.
Clean time milestones
90 days: SC apparel & dinner of your choice.
6 months: $100 gift card of your choice.
1 year: 2 tickets to a sporting event.
